The 101st Company SS-Panzer originally had 45 Tiger I-type tanks but on the way from Beauvais to be attacked by the Allied Air Force in many waves and only 17 units left. The force is placed in three positions: i) stationed at 9km northeast of Villers-Bocage, ii) at Point 213 and iii) stationed in Falaise – with a single tank and it takes two more days just got to the battlefield.
